Skillet Chicken Pot Pie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
- 1 refrigerated pie crust
Instructions:
- In the skillet, combine chicken, vegetables, soup, milk, salt, and pepper. Heat until bubbling.
- Roll out pie crust and place over the top of the mixture, trimming excess.
- Bake in the convection oven at 400°F for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden.
