Convection Oven Herb-Roasted Salmon
Ingredients:
- 1 salmon fillet (about 6 oz)
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp dried rosemary or thyme (or 1 small sprig fresh)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Lemon slices for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat the convection oven to 400°F.
- Place the salmon fillet on a foil-lined baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, then sprinkle with rosemary or thyme, salt, and pepper.
