Convection Oven Herb-Roasted Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 1 salmon fillet (about 6 oz)
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp dried rosemary or thyme (or 1 small sprig fresh)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Lemon slices for garnish


Instructions:

  1. Preheat the convection oven to 400°F.
  2. Place the salmon fillet on a foil-lined baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, then sprinkle with rosemary or thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Bake in the convection oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
