Convection Oven Roasted Chickpeas
Ingredients:
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp additional seasoning of choice (curry powder, paprika, garlic powder, or smoked paprika)
Instructions:
- Preheat the convection oven to 400°F.
- Pat the chickpeas dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
- In a bowl, toss the chickpeas with olive oil, salt, pepper, and your chosen seasoning(s) until evenly coated.
- Spread the chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the convection oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
