Cast Iron Skillet Pizza
Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb pre-made pizza dough
- 1/4 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 6-8 slices pepperoni
- Optional: Other toppings of your choice (sliced bell peppers, mushrooms, olives, etc.)
Instructions:
- Roll out the pizza dough to fit the size of your cast iron skillet.
- Preheat the skillet over low heat. Place the rolled-out dough in the hot skillet.
- Spread marinara sauce over the dough, then sprinkle with shredded cheese and arrange pepperoni slices and any additional toppings on top.
- Cover the skillet with a lid or foil, and cook on low heat for 8-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, toppings are hot, and the crust is golden and cooked through.
