One-Pan Teriyaki Beef Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb thinly sliced beef (such as flank or sirloin)
  • 1 cup frozen mixed veggies (broccoli, carrots, bell peppers, etc.)
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 cup cooked rice (microwavable)
  • Optional: Sesame seeds for garnish


Instructions:

  1. On the induction stove, heat a little oil in a skillet and add the sliced beef. Sauté until the beef is cooked through.
  2. Add the frozen mixed veggies and pour in the teriyaki sauce. Cook until the veggies are tender and everything is well coated in the sauce.
  3. Microwave the rice according to package instructions.
  4. Serve the beef and veggie mixture over the rice.


Serve: Garnish with sesame seeds if desired. Enjoy this quick, flavorful stir-fry!
