One-Pan Teriyaki Beef Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb thinly sliced beef (such as flank or sirloin)
- 1 cup frozen mixed veggies (broccoli, carrots, bell peppers, etc.)
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 cup cooked rice (microwavable)
- Optional: Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions:
- On the induction stove, heat a little oil in a skillet and add the sliced beef. Sauté until the beef is cooked through.
- Add the frozen mixed veggies and pour in the teriyaki sauce. Cook until the veggies are tender and everything is well coated in the sauce.
- Microwave the rice according to package instructions.
- Serve the beef and veggie mixture over the rice.
