How to take a "Leap of Faith"
It's Time to Jump!
You are considering taking a leap of faith because you strongly desire change. Most likely you are miserable right now, so why play it safe? This is how my wife and I was 5 years ago when we were caught in a cycle of work, eat, sleep (gain weight), and repeat. If we would've continued to play it safe, we wouldn't have experienced a fraction of the adventure, money, and growth. So even though the thought of what you're about to do is scary, we are here to let you know that it is time to JUMP!
Taking a leap of faith can be a daunting task, but it can also be incredibly rewarding. The most important thing to remember is that it is a personal decision, and there is no single right or wrong way to go about it. That being said, here are some tips to help you make the leap with confidence:
Reflect on the situation: Take some time to really sit with the decision you are about to make. Consider what could be gained from taking this leap of faith, and how it could make your life better in the long run.
Read some material to get you excited! The book that helped seal my decision was: You Are a Badass: How to Stop Doubting Your Greatness and Start Living an Awesome Life by Jen Sincero https://amzn.to/3IuGcAe
Have a plan: Create a plan of action to help you make the leap with confidence. Think about the resources you need, the timeline it will take to make the leap, and the people who can support you throughout the process. Even though I did not have all of the answers, there were a few things I did along the way to help with keeping me sane. Like having a morning and night routine, working out, etc. I actually created a course to outline our daily routine and go further into living intuitively. It is called:

Be prepared for the worst: While it is important to focus on what could be gained from the leap, it is also important to be prepared for any potential pitfalls or roadblocks that could arise. Have a backup plan in place in case things don't go as expected.
Take the leap: Once you have done the necessary preparation, it is time to take the leap! Believe in yourself and your abilities, and know that whatever happens, you can handle it.
